Free quoting of engineered tenders and supply & installation of new plant as per tender documents.

Complete testing of all Essential Services and Certification including Stairwell Pressurization, FFFT, HPT Testing, Fire & Smoke Dampers, Carpark Exhaust and Smoke Relief
Refurbishment
Complete testing of all Essential Services and Certification including Stairwell Pressurization, FFFT, HPT Testing, Fire & Smoke Dampers, Carpark Exhaust and Smoke Relief
Commissioning
NEBB qualified commissioning of all Mechancial Plant to NEBB Procedural Standards including Air Balancing, Water Balancing, Controls Set Up and Electrical Testing
Miscellaneous Works
Arranging and monitoring of Chemical Water Treatment, duct inspection & cleaning and rust treatment.
